how to win the "resistance salute"

all toons can win a new emotion name "resistance salute":
you need to go in Donald Dreamland, in pajama street, and enter in the shop "talking in your sleep voice training"; when you are inside you say to the toon name Whispering Willow : " Would you like some help" with the speed cat; after watch in your emotion.... you did it.... you can use the resistance salute

in the Brrrgh, there is another funny think..... go to the polar street, and search the shop name Hibernation Vacations, enter in the shop and say to the toon name Paula Behr: "Howdy" ..... your toon will be white and big (but only while he stay in the Brrrgh)

problem:

i can't enter in "talking in your sleep voice training"
perhaps is because of my 17 lp

maybe you cant enter because it is a cog building, so you need to change district and try again, i win this emotion with toons at 15 rp

Buzz2000 is NOT American. He is my son . The point is that one of our friends on FR HAS got the resistance salute. One day she (Nounouille) came on line and I could read "Nounouille fait le salut de la résistance". How did she get it?? We've been wondering since that day. We first thought she got it through her catelog which does not seem to be possible. Then we thought she got it as a reward for the DFC. So I (Maman) went to visit almost ALL the toons on each street (on FR) to say "do you need some help?" None of them gave me the Salut de la résistance. The only thing I got is that now I know where to find the toons who are on the VP cards. Great!!
